About This Project. Holly Blue and the Angeles is the conversion of a historic church into a new restaurant-night club experience in Fort Lauderdale's Flagler Village neighborhood. The project consist of the renovation and reuse of the interior of a former Lutheran Church. The stone veneered Romanesque building, which was constructed in 1921.
